Best Fintech of the Year:

  • Handsome, created in 2019 by Julien Delamorte. 9 out of 10 visually impaired are victims of fraud, scam or error when paying at their merchant. This is why Handsome has created the first payment card accessible to everyone by connecting it to the smartphone. Concretely, the cardholder inserts it into the payment terminal (TPE) and the smartphone vocalizes all the protocol written on the TPE. Thus, a visually impaired person can hear what we can read and gain autonomy, independence and security when paying.

  • Fruggr, a start-up created in 2021 by Frederick Marchand, was born from the notion of impact and aims to be the leading platform in the world of digital ESG management. Fruggr wants to change the digital footprint and allows an automated assessment of the environmental and social footprint of digital applications. Fruggr aims to make digital more respectful of the planet and make it accessible to as many people as possible.
  • Carbometrix, created in 2021 by Corinne Bach, Christian Couturier and Marie David, is a platform that allows investors to assess the carbon footprint of the companies that finance it and to activate the most effective decarbonization levers. Their product aims to guide the venture capital sector on the path to sustainable finance, via a simple and accessible tool.
