Internet notice effective April 1, 2024 : Tocqueville Finance S.A. will be merged into La Financière de l’Echiquier

On April 1^st, 2024, Tocqueville Finance S.A. (“TFSA“) will be merged into La Financière de l’Echiquier (“LFDE“).

As of this date, LFDE will become the management company of all funds managed by TFSA and will replace TFSA in all its rights and obligations.

La Financière de l’Echiquier is a French management company approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers on January 17, 1991 under number GP-91004.

As regard TOCQUEVILLE VALUE EUROPE ISR and TOCQUEVILLE MATERIALS FOR THE FUTURE, the centralization hour for subscription and buyback orders will also be fixed to 2:30pm as of April 1^st, 2024.

These changes do not alter the risk/return profile, nor do they increase the fees of these funds.

The other characteristics of these funds remain unchanged.

The amended prospectus and key information documents (DIC PRIIPS) will be available from April 1^st, 2024 on the LFDE website: https://www.lfde.com/de-de/ and on request to LFDE.
